Players will be notified prior to any dormancy fee application where technically possible. Accounts with a zero balance may be closed after 24 months of inactivity.

11.3 92pkrl's maximum aggregate liability to any single player arising from any claim, action, or series of related events shall not exceed the total real-money funds deposited by that player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11.4 Nothing in these Terms operates to exclude or limit 92pkrl's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
12.1 Voluntary Closure. Players may request closure of their 92pkrl account at any time by contacting support.
